Congratulations to Sustenance Group Founding Principal Stephanie Jolluck, who, along with activist Jackie Patterson, is featured on pages 218-219 of The Enough Moment, the new book by John Prendergast and Don Cheadle.
Jolluck is recognized for her work as a “Citizen Upstander: folks throughout the U.S. who have taken extraordinary action on behalf of survivors of human rights abuses half a world away.”
Sustenance Group worked with the Enough Project and John Prendergast on a 2009 Atlanta friendraiser supporting Raise Hope for Congo.

When and how do we as individuals take that jump into creating awareness for human rights?
It’s such an important question and topic that motivates ordinary people to do extraordinary things.
Congratulations Stephanie for being mentioned in the book.
Thank uou John Pendergast for setting the example through your actions and your book that making a stand in this lifetime is a conscious choice.
Personally I appreciate the reminder as the day to day concerns of the crazed music business fill my active brain. My support of my sister Joyce while in Kenya gets attention, but I can do more, help more, arrange my next trip … I’m reminded of my own ‘call to duty’ and to be actively involved. Thank You for your post Kristi.
Humbly,
